Mansion Dubai. The bartenders are among the more skilled in the circuit; the cocktail program is worth exploring before the DJ takes over the room entirely.
Out of Town
Skydive Dubai. The tandem jump over the Palm Jumeirah is one of the most photogenic freefall experiences anywhere in the sport — the geometry of the Palm fronds readable from altitude in a way that no aerial photograph quite prepares you for.
